Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after full payment has been received and cleared. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed in full.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase. Shipping details cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

Any additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information, including return-to-sender or reshipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, Popper Express is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery, including parcels left unattended or accepted by third parties.

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon dispatch, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We do not deliver to certain locations including, but not limited to, Universities, Schools, Police Stations, or similar institutions.

International shipping is available; however, strict conditions apply.

Estimated delivery timeframe is up to 20 business days from dispatch. Timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carrier performance.

Tracking may be provided; however, availability and visibility depend on the destination country and carrier systems.

All international orders are shipped on the basis that the recipient is the importer of record. The recipient assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and import restrictions in the destination country.

Shipments may be subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, delays, seizure, or destruction by local authorities. Any associated costs, including duties, taxes, penalties, storage fees, or return freight, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Popper Express has no control over customs decisions and cannot guarantee clearance outcomes. If a shipment is delayed, refused, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities, this is considered an external regulatory action and is not the responsibility of Popper Express.

Customers are strongly advised to check local import laws before placing an order.
