AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY INFORMATION
At the time of placing an order, customers can select one of three freight options: Express Shipping, Regular Shipping, or Courier Shipping. With Express Shipping, parcels will be shipped using an Express network offered by one of our delivery partners (such as Australia Post). Similarly, with Regular Shipping, parcels will be sent through a Regular network provided by one of our delivery partners, while Courier Shipping entails a Courier network with services like Startrack or DHL.
DELIVERY COST
We've said goodbye to courier deliveries (too many lost parcels—yikes!) to ensure your orders arrive safely. Instead, we've simplified things with flat-rate shipping across Australia:

A FEW NOTES
With our efficient and trustworthy delivery system, we are able to dispatch orders to all Australian states. Following confirmation and payment clearance (excluding Public Holidays), most orders are dispatched within 24-72 business hours. Please note that we strictly adhere to our policy of only shipping products once payment has been received in full.
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to certain locations such as Universities, Schools, Police Stations, and Post Offices.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are delighted to announce that we now offer international delivery of our delectable products. However, customers need to understand that specific terms and conditions apply to these products. To avoid any potential issues, customers should familiarize themselves with the customs laws and regulations of their country of import. Please refer to our T&C's page for full delivery disclaimer and terms and conditions.
Customers should expect delivery within 20 business days from the date of shipping. Once the items have been dispatched, customers will receive an exclusive tracking ID that may enable them to track their parcel online, but please note that this feature may not be accessible in all countries.
All international orders are shipped on the basis that the recipient is the importer of record. As the importer, the recipient assumes full responsibility for compliance with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and import restrictions in the destination country.
Shipments outside Australia may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, regulatory review, seizure, or destruction by local authorities. Any duties, taxes, penalties, storage charges, return freight, or other fees imposed by customs or border agencies are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over customs decisions and cannot predict or guarantee clearance outcomes. If a shipment is delayed, refused, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities, this is considered an importing-country action and is not the responsibility of the sender.
Customs procedures may result in delays beyond estimated delivery timeframes. We strongly recommend that customers consult their local customs authority prior to ordering to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Regrettably, we would like to update our valued customers that due to circumstances beyond our control, we have no choice but to exclude the USA and Japan from our International list. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as this decision was not made lightly.
