Because of the nature of our products we will never release account information or purchase information to a third party even if you have authorized it. Contacting us via email will also involve a few security questions before we release any information regarding your account or purchases. We need to make sure that you are the account holder. If contacting us via email ”You will need to email us from the exact email address you used to open your account with us, all emails from non-member addresses will be deleted immediately and not responded to.
