SHIPPING METHODS

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY INFORMATION


Our delivery system is quick, simple and reliable. We deliver to every state in Australia and your order is shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of confirmation and receipt of payment. We will not ship until payment has been cleared and received, there are no exceptions to this rule. Basically, we do not ship out anything until we have been paid into our account.


FREE Shipping is offered to all Australian Customers who spend over $120.00 in one transaction with us, this excludes customers in remote locations. The method of shipping is at our discretion and will depend on several factors including weight, location and number of previous orders.


Regular Shipping is for those customers who are not in a hurry to receive their orders and want to save a few bucks on the cost of shipping. This method is a little slower than express and is capped at $7.95


Express Shipping is our most popular method chosen by our customers. This method is for those who want their goodies quickly and cant wait the extra day or two for regular post. This method is not a guaranteed next day service but it is quicker than other methods of shipping. Please note, this is Express Shipping, not, Express processing. Regardless of shipping method chosen, standard turn around to process and ship most orders is usually 24 to 48 business hours from the time payment is received


We have been restricted in our delivery methods to certain parts of our beautiful country and find ourselves being forced to find alternate methods to reach our customers living in remote parts. Please accept our apologies but we have to charge for the privilege and shipping costs are a little more expensive than usual. As a company, we have absorbed some of the cost to ease the sting a little, so we can continue to service every region in Australia


In cases of extreme weather ie: consecutive days over 35 degrees celcius in Melbourne we may refuse to ship Leather Cleaners for fear of safety concerns and the duty we have to get you your goods safely and in one piece ( rather than a million little ones) In some cases we may offer a customer a ship at own risk email




INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION



UPDATE: Sadly, we must inform all of our customers that there are some countries that we are now forced to remove from our International list namely the USA and Japan. If this ban effects you, we sincerely apologise, this is not a decision we have made lightly, but one we have been forced to make.

Customers should be aware to allow up to 20 business days for delivery. After we have shipped your items Customers will be provided with an Australia Post Customs unique ID that may in some cases allow them to track their parcel online, although this facility is not available in all countries.


For International delivery of our goodies, Customers should be aware that YES we are NOW shipping our products to Overseas customers. Specific terms and conditions apply to these products and Customers should be aware of the Customs Laws and regulations in your country of import. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country as previously stated. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
