Our delivery system is quick, simple and reliable. We deliver to every state in Australia and your order is shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of confirmation and receipt of payment. We will not ship until payment has been cleared and received, there are no exceptions to this rule. Basically, we do not ship out anything until we have been paid into our account.

We charge a FLAT fee of ONLY $7.95 for all orders ( Australian Customers Only ) no matter what the size. A shipping code will be supplied via email once the order has been shipped so you can keep an eye on it and estimate the delivery time. We do not guarantee delivery times as this is out of our control. Delivery times can vary from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location and the postal method we have chosen to use.

We reserve the right to choose the method of shipping for your order, this does vary and usually depends on the nature of the items you have purchased. We prefer to use "Express Freight ". Please note that regardless of the method we use to ship your goods we will always ONLY charge a flat fee for customers within Australia

Just because we use Express Freight as our preferred shipping method of shipping for some orders does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day after you place your order, this is a common misconception with some of our customers. Express Freight does not mean that your order will be expedited or moved to the front of the line. Express Freight simply is a method of shipping,

For the safety of your package, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. If no one is home at the time of delivery a card will be placed in your letter box for you to pick up your parcel from the nearest post office or courier service. We apologise if this effects any of our loyal customers but in the interest of safety and security of your goods, this must be done. If you are having a problem tracking your package feel free to contact us anytime and we will be glad to assist.

We offer FREE shipping to all Australian customers who purchase over $120 worth of goods in one transaction from us. Once you qualify for FREE Shipping the $10 flat rate will be removed from your order total, if for some reason this does not happen please feel free to email us and we will take care of it for you

In cases of extreme weather ie: consecutive days over 35 degrees celcius in Melbourne we may refuse to ship Leather Cleaners for fear of safety concerns and the duty we have to get you your goods safely and in one piece ( rather than a million little ones) In some cases we may offer a customer a ship at own risk email


UPDATE: Sadly, we must inform all of our customers that there are some countries that we are now forced to remove from our International list namely the USA and Japan. If this ban effects you, we sincerely apologise, this is not a decision we have made lightly, but one we have been forced to make.

Customers should be aware to allow up to 20 business days for delivery. After we have shipped your items Customers will be provided with an Australia Post Customs unique ID that may in some cases allow them to track their parcel online, although this facility is not available in all countries.

For International delivery of our goodies, Customers should be aware that YES we are NOW shipping our products to Overseas customers. Specific terms and conditions apply to these products and Customers should be aware of the Customs Laws and regulations in your country of import. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country as previously stated. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
