Where do we deliver to?

• PopperExpress.com.au can deliver to any postal address in Australia including PO Boxes. We have secure and long standing relationships with several carriers around the country, and as such have the ability to offer Fast Free Shipping for all orders over $120 (Including NT & TAS) for Australian customers only. How much does shipping cost ?

• We charge a FLAT fee of ONLY $7.95 for all orders under $120 ( Australian Customers Only ) no matter what the size. A shipping code will be supplied via email once the order has been shipped so you can keep an eye on it and estimate the delivery time. To qualify for FREE SHIPPING you must purchase over $120 in a single order. This is valid fro Australian Customers Only at this stage.


How quickly can you ship my order ?

• We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment being received and cleared into our nominated account, excluding weekends and public holidays. We do however, acknowledge that sometimes there may be slight delays in shipping because of stock replenishment or out of stock items, if this is the case we will notify you immediately of any delay. We make no guarantees on delivery time as this is out of our control.
How will you ship my order ?

• We are the kings of discretion and pioneers of the "brown bag" style of shipping. No one will know or be able to feel what's inside the parcel, there is no identifying marks or logos on the parcel. All parcels have signature on receipt to make sure you get your parcel and no one else. We do not allow "authority to leave" instructions because of the nature of our products.
Do you ship Internationally ?

How long does International shipping take ?

• Usually between 5 and 10 business days depending on the country you live in. These are just estimates as there can be delays for any number of reasons.


Can I track my International Order online ?

• It depends on your countries mail carrier, some countries show tracking while others don't. We have no control over this. Signature is required upon delivery and customers must be fully aware of any customs laws and be solely responsible for payment of any duties or taxes applicable
