Popper Express Popper Dollars Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Popper Express Popper Dollars Affiliate Program ("Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

The Popper Express Popper Dollars Affiliate Program allows you to earn Popper Dollars ("Credits") based on the sales generated through your unique affiliate link. For each sale generated from your affiliate link, 5% of the total sale value will be credited to your Popper Dollar account. These Credits can be redeemed against your future orders with Popper Express.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Own and operate a website, blog, social media account, or other online platform where you can share your affiliate link.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Popper Express.

3. Affiliate Registration

To become an affiliate, you must complete and submit the online application form available on the Popper Express website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

4. Affiliate Link

Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate link. You may share this link on your website, blog, social media, or other online platforms in accordance with these Terms.

5. Earnings and Popper Dollars

• You will earn 5% of all net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and discounts) generated through your affiliate link.
• Earnings are credited in the form of Popper Dollars to your affiliate account.
• Popper Dollars can be used to offset the cost of future purchases on the Popper Express website.
• Popper Dollars cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the Popper Express website.

6. Payment and Redemption

• Popper Dollars will be credited to your account within 30 days after the sale is completed and the return period has expired.
• You can redeem your Popper Dollars at checkout on the Popper Express website.
• There is no minimum threshold for redemption.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Popper Express products in a positive and honest manner.
• Not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
• Not bid on or use Popper Express's trademarked terms in search engine marketing, or use similar or misspelled versions of those terms.
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.
• Advertise and promote Popper Express products only for their intended use as determined by the manufacturer.
• Refrain from marketing or promoting Popper Express products to children or any individuals under the age of 18.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spamming (e.g., unsolicited email marketing, posting affiliate links in comments sections, forums, or any inappropriate venues).
• Using your affiliate link for your own purchases (self-referrals).
• Creating or promoting any coupons or discount codes not officially provided by Popper Express.
• Any attempt to artificially inflate or manipulate sales through fraudulent means, including but not limited to, using fake accounts or generating false referrals.
• Advertising or promoting Popper Express products for any purpose other than what the manufacturer intends.
• Marketing Popper Express products to children or anyone under the age of 18.

9. Termination

Popper Express reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will forfeit any accrued Popper Dollars in your account.

10. Modification of Terms

Popper Express reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Popper Express will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the total amount of Popper Dollars credited to your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
